우선 이런 질문드리게 되어 죄송합니다.
Sharp(LRS1806A)로 셋팅을 하고 있는데 Erase & Write가 안됩니다.
Erase & Write를 하고 나면 status레지스터에 3번 비트에 셋이 되어 있습니다.
3번 비트의 내용은 아래와 같습니다.
h/w적인 문제 말고 s/w적인 문제라고 볼 수 있나요?
만약 s/w문제라면 어떤 부분을 검토해봐야 되는지요?

bit[3] : does not provide a continuous indication of F-Vpp level.
The WaiteStateMechine interrogates and indicates the F-Vpp
level only after Block Erase, Full Chip Erase, (Page Buff) Program
