안녕하세요..

x86_64 시스템에서는 해 보지 않았어 크로스 컴파일러를 소스로 가지고 설치시 어떤 문제가 발생하지 감을 잡을 수가 없네요..

GDB 의 경우에는 다음과 같이 하면 될듯한데.. 저도 가지고 있는 시스템이 없어서 테스를 해 보지는 않았습니다.
./configure --target=arm-linux --build=x86_64-pc-linux-gnu -prefix=/usr

GDB는 간단 할 수 있지만.. gcc 와 glibc에서 어떤 문제가 발생할지 의문입니다.
암튼 성공하시면 후기 올려 주세요..

참.. 위의 장길석님 리플에 링크걸려 있는 크로스 컴파일러는 i686-pc-linux-gnu 환경에서 작업한 것입니다.
따라서 님의 환경과 다를 수 있습니다.
