램디스크를 다시 만들었구요. 현재는 이런 메세지가 출력됩니다.

안녕하세요..
etc/inittab 에 있는 /sbin/getty 부분을 실행할 수 없다는 에러입니다.
/sbin/getty 파일이 이상하거나 스크립터의 설정이 잘못되었거나, 콘솔로 지정된 uart 명과 일치하지 않을 경우 발생할 수 있습니다.

/sbin/getty라는 파일이 없고, mingetty라는게 있는데 동일한 것인가요?

램디스크 용량 초과인것 같습니다..

부트로드에서 set 명령으로 들어가셨어 커널 command에서 ramdisk 사이즈를 변경해 주셔야 할 것 같습니다.
