에서 시리얼 콘솔의 이름이 다른것 같습니다.

M. Kernel CMD 2nd [console=ttyPXA2,115200] 또는 M. Kernel CMD 2nd [console=ttyPXA02,115200]

로 하시고 한번 해 보세요..
